Favorite fitness equipment: The road I live on. It's 2.2 miles long, with a few hilly bits.
Favorite saying: "Wherever you go, there you are." and "As you are now, so shall you be." (meaning our actions now determine the type of person/situation we will be in "tomorrow") ie if you want to change tomorrow, change right now. Tomorrow will then take care of itself.

Favorite breakfast spot: The place right outside of the Crystal Pier in San Diego, is it Pancho's? I can't remember! But it's awesome!

Least Favorite Activity: A tie between giving my son his weekly injection to moderating between the insurance company and the hospital on medical issues/bills. Oh, and opening mail. Did I mention I hate opening mail? Not e-mail, regular mail. Hate it. With a passion. I can go a week without collecting my mail because I just don't want to think about opening it. Yeah, call it a phobia. I probably need therapy on that one!
