One Pound from Healthy.
Yes, you read that right. I am ONE POUND from a "healthy" BMI. One of my rewards is going to be to up my life insurance. Right now I only have minimal coverage, as it was before we had kids that I got the policy. But I'd like my husband and son to be provided for should something happen to me, since Dave would have to quit work and stay home due to Julian's medical condition. So, 500K policy, here I come.
I'll look online at some applications and see if there is a question that says "have you gained or lost a significant amount of weight in the last year?" to see if that matters. I'll probably call a broker, they know the ins and outs of those applications.
