July 5 - What's Done is Done, Get on With It!

Time For a Pep Talk...

For those of you who don't respond well to Pep Talks, just bypass this blog completely. This post is for anyone who just needs a little encouragement of the hard-truth variety. If you are not that person, skip this blog. If you decide to read on, than read at your own risk....






What is done is done. Get on with your MF plan. But all this nonsense about not being hard on yourselves, and don't beat yourselves up etc etc is psychobabble. You are being hard on yourselves and beating yourselves up by eating off program. If you are obese or morbidly obese, every day that you eat off plan is another day that you are putting your LIFE and your HEALTH at risk. So while you try to be "kind" to yourself "emotionally", you are killing yourself physically. Literally, you are. Every day that you go off plan due to the need for instant gratification and the abuse of food, you are one step closer to dying of an obesity-related disease. You know this. This is why you ordered MF. So deal with your emotional issues in the realm they were meant to be dealt with and processed...emotionally. Not by eating them away, or stuffing them down with a taco. YOU are in control of what you put in your mouth. If you are doing the MF plan, then do it. Get on with it, and get on with life. Quit feeling sorry for yourselves that you can't seem to "get it together" or you can't stay on plan.

There is alot of support here on the blogs, but no one can do it for you. And although confession is good for the soul, if you don't do anything about modifying your behavior, then MF isn't going to work for you.

I just had to get that out. For me, for anyone who needs a stern talking to. For anyone who is offended at this post, I warned you at the beginning it was going to be tough to swallow. It was your choice to read it. Don't blame me.

This has been a "tough love" moment. Now go do it.
