This is a note for anyone who is considering doing MF in conjunction with the new weight loss pill Alli. DON'T!!! Medifast is a complete, effective program in it's own right, and is not to be used in conjuction with other diet/weight loss supplements or pills. Alli blocks the absorption of fats, which contain essential nutrients for your body, and is supplied in just the right amount and formulation with the Medifast products. If you block the fat absorption from the small amount of fat you are getting in the Medifast program, you will be absorbing too few calories, for one, and not getting the essential fatty acids you need to stay healthy and lose weight in a responsible manner.
